Are there refunds or returns for JetPacks?Updated a year ago

The short answer is no. Due to the nature of these items, we do not offer refunds for consumable products once they have been purchased and delivered. JetPacks are consumable products and therefore not subject to any refunds or replacements.

Consumable products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.

Once a consumable product has been purchased and delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded.
