We do not offer full refunds except for special cases. In most cases, we offer a partial refund depending on the situation since we reserve the right to replace or refund an order based on the reasonability of the cause for such actions.
When an order is placed and the customer is not available to receive the item, we will re-attempt the delivery three times until the order is either received by the customer or returned to our warehouse. Failure to receive the item is not subject for a refund but we will re-attempt the delivery again at a later date once the customer has reached out to our support at [email protected].
We try to fulfill orders very quickly, once the order has been shipped out, we can no longer cancel the order; that said, please submit a support request and we’ll see what we can do. We think you’ll love your products, but if not, you can always replace them within 7 days of delivery.
