What are your return/refunds/replacement policies?Updated 7 months ago

Eligibility:

The 7-day replacement policy is applicable from the date of delivery.

The blender jar is broken.

The blender base is damaged or not working.

Wrong item received

*We do not do replacements for color change requests*

We cover battery and blade issues, up to 1 year which is the warranty we offer since all other items are subject to wear/tear or mis-handling.

Battery and blade issues include the following:

  • Battery overheating
  • Battery never held charge within 7 days
  • Damaged Blade

Replacement Criteria:

The replacement will be for the same product as originally ordered.

Initiating a Replacement:

If you believe your product is eligible for replacement, please contact our customer support team at [email protected].

Provide proof of purchase, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant information.

Inspection Process:

A representative will be assigned to inspect the product and verify the eligibility for replacement.

Shipping of Replacement:

If the product is deemed eligible for replacement, we will arrange for the shipment of the replacement item.

Important Note:

The replacement policy is applicable for defects or damage not caused by the customer.

     We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the product is found to be in a condition inconsistent with our policy.
